Finally the help desk answeared me (actually this woman: ), anyway she wrote the same stuff at first:

You may wish to read our Copyright Policy so you are able to make certain that future submissions will not be removed by staff.

To sum it up simply; Your deviantART submissions must consist entirely of your own work made 'from scratch' or it must use only valid stock resources. Content such as screenshots, celebrity photographs, video game sprites, and other similar materials are considered off-limits for use here.

FAQ #306: Does "Crediting" let me use whatever I want?

So.... all this means is: No matter what, you need the "written permission" and the deviation must be made totally by ourselfs. And screenshots aparently are prohibited too, you can only use them if those are oficials.

And all that make another questions like... So I cant use a photo from a celebrity to make a wallpaper?, I cant make photomontages if I dont have permission of the photos I use?, and If I do a vector of an image, is considered wrong too? (Maybe this last question is my last chance, If I vector the scans is there going to be a problem? I mean at the end I made them.


Ah damn... I WONDER WHO'S THE IDIOT WHO REPORTED ME AS AN ART THEFT!!!!????. ALSO IF HE WANTED TO REPORT MY COLORED DEVIATIONS, WHY DID HE DON'T REPORT ALL OF THEM? I MEAN IN MY GALLERY THERE ARE OTHERS! OR DID THE IDIOT THINK THAT I DRAW SO GOOD TO MAKE THEM? OR HE JUST DIDN'T RECOGNISE BETWEEN SCANS AND REAL!?!.
